Shipping Origin To ensure the highest global service standards, our professional supplies are dispatched from strategic fulfillment networks based on your location:

  • Orders for Europe and the Rest of the World are shipped from our Central Warehouse located in Görlitz, Germany.

  • Orders for the United Kingdom and United States are fulfilled directly through local Amazon MCF networks to guarantee fast, regional delivery.

Shipping Partners To guarantee the highest delivery standards, all orders are shipped exclusively with trusted premium carriers. Within Europe, we partner with DHL, DPD, and InPost. For the UK and USA, orders are handled via Amazon MCF dedicated delivery networks. The carrier is selected automatically based on the destination country and logistical optimization.

Shipping Destinations We deliver to countries within the European Union, the UK, the USA, as well as to international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country and the applicable shipping zone.

    • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days

  • United States

    • Free shipping for orders of $25.00 or more. Orders below $25.00 ship at a standard rate of $6.90.

    • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping (Rest of the World)

    • We also ship to selected countries outside the European Union, UK, and USA.

    • Free shipping for orders of €95.00 or more. Orders below €95.00 ship at a standard rate of €29.90. The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown during checkout.

    • Estimated delivery time: 7–9 business days.

    • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time Orders have a standardized processing time of 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Tracking Information Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your delivery at every stage.

Important Information Free shipping thresholds apply per order and per destination. Standard shipping rates apply only to orders below the free shipping threshold. All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
